Excel Function, Please Help Me

For instance:

.. A B
1 1 ?
2 1
3 1
4 1
5 1
6 2 ?
7 1 ?
8 1
9 1
10 2

Anyone know the function to make:
B1 = A6 – A1 (2-1=1)
B6 = A7 – A6 (1-2=-1)
B7 = A10 – A7 (2-1=1)

Reduced cell surely is the cell beside, ex: [B1=?–A1] [B6=?–A6] [B7=?–A7]
To reduce cell must find the nearest cell which contain different value from cells before.

Is there any function in excel to do that? Please help.
