Obtaining a formula to return the column heading/s according to max values in table row

Hi.
I need some help with an excel formula that will check the max value in the last row of a table and subsequently return the headings of the columns that contain those max values.
I have attached my excel file in the hope it will become clearer what I am asking.
The table I am referring to is located on the right (blue table) on the sheet called 'Data Table'.
My aim is to check for the largest value/s in range M32:R32 and return the heading of that column in the yellow cell T4.
In some cases, the largest value in the range M32:R32 may appear more than once, in which case I would like to obtain all the column headings.

It's an array formula, you have to enter it with Ctrl + Shift + Enter.
Copy down one row (or as many rows as you expect to have duplicates)

Thanks for your response. I cant seem to get that formula to work so have opted for a different method. Is there a way i could apply such a formula to a more simple table as the one on the spreadsheet i have attached. Thanks again!
