    formulas for dates

    Hello. What is a good formula that will start at Jan 2010 (for example) and continue as I drag the formula across the columns...up to Dec 2013 for example. Danks.

    If A1 has a date, in B1 put the formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    You can use the Fill, Series. Enter the start date in the cell of your choice. Select that cell and then go to Fill, Series on the Home tab. Select Rows, Date, Month and Step Value of 1 and in the Stop Value enter Dec-15

    All the months will be filled in.
