Count Holidays within Month, Within Monday - Friday
So For example
Country = Albania
Holiday - Sheet.xlsx
I would like to count how many holidays there are for different countries, each month, during a Monday - Friday only.
January = 2
March = 1 due to one being on a weekend.

hi Tim. supposing you have Jan-Dec in F2 onwards (make sure they are real dates like Column B. format cells to mmm if you just want to see the month name), then try this in G2:
=SUMPRODUCT((TEXT($B$2:$B$15,"mmyyyy")=TEXT(F2,"mmyyyy"))*(WEEKDAY($B$2:$B$15,2)<6))

If you have 1st of the month in F2 this formula will give you MF holidays in that month
=NETWORKDAYS(F2,EOMONTH(F2,0))-NETWORKDAYS(F2,EOMONTH(F2,0),B$2:B$15)
