Match 1st and 2nd columns in 2 sheets and return 3rd,4th and 5th column if match.

Hi Guys,

What im trying to do is match columns A & B from AUDIT Sheet to Columns A & B in MASTER sheet. If they match then pull columns C, D & E from MASTER into AUDIT.

The link of the file is given, if any one can help me with this.
Any help would be of great help.

Ive run into a problem.
There are many cells in column B without any values, in this case it still has to pull C,D & E even if only column A matches.
Ive got almost 7000 lines

Any ideas ?

please post a little xls example with those empty cells

This worked out great. i was having a problem where it didn't pull data where it should have but then i noticed in most cells there were leading or trailing spaces within the cells so there was not an exact match. removing the spaces solved this
There is one more issue of duplicate entries in the MASTER sheet.
