Formula for Highest Score from number but display Name

Hello,
I'm trying to create a formula that allows me to compare scores to see who has either
a) The highest Score
or
b) The Highest 10 scores
and then get the name and display it in a cell (a) or in a column of 10 (b). I've been trying to make this but I just can't seem to figure it out.

Thank you if you can help me

geliedee, you have a good answer there You may want to add something to cater for duplicate scores though? (assuming duplicates are possible?)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

Hi ford,

Duplicates are the hardest. Haha. Been there.
I created another column that will add .0001 to the actual scores. So if you have 2 people that has the score of 100,
it will automatically add .0001 on the second 100 score and the score would be 100.00010.
