I have 2 problems that is difficult:
Return ID if date & name meet criteria:
If Sheet1 date is with the range of Master End Date (+/- 5 days) and Sheet1 name contains Master name, it has to return Master ID of the corresponding cell.
Return all ID if date meet criteria:
If Sheet1 date is with the range of Master End Date (+/- 5 days), return all corresponding ID.

Hi and welcome to the forum
The names on the 1st sheet do not match the names on the 2nd sheet...Lobie & Dan Lobie etc. It will make things much simpler if you have the same names in each list

As the Ford suggested, make the names similar in both the sheets and try the formulas given below to see if this is what you want.
Both the formulas are array formulas so they need to be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter.
