TEXT to Column

Hello:

Please refer to attached sheet.
I need to do Text to Column.
After studying the data, I came to the conclusion that if the space between the 2 data is 2 or greater
then put the data in seperate column.

Example:

Line # 1
DATE 12/10/2013 TUE

Put
DATE in Cell E1
12/10/2013 in cell F1
TUE in cell G1

Line#2
CONSOLIDATED (01) (02)
Put
CONSOLIDATED in cell E2
(01) (02) in cell F2 (T

here is only 1 space between (01) and (02)

Line#10
TAKE OUT 28 $214.11
Put
TAKE OUT in cell E10
28 in cell F10
$214.11 in F11

This is excellent.
However, I wonder if you help make a small change as below:
When they is no data in 3rd column and have data in 2nd column, I would like to leave 2nd column blank and fill up
3rd column with data.

Example line # 7 and 8

Column C D E
TAX1 SALES $1243.69
TAX1 $111.93

In above data is in column C and D, change it to data in column C and E and column D blank.
