    Question Keeping columns in order

I have two columns (Column F and Column G) dedicated to show when certain words show up in Column B. I want F and G to stay in order depending on how many times I edit Column B, so that the words that appear the most in Column B are on top. How do I set F and G to continuously stay in numerical order?

Thanks for any help in advance.

    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
