MUST Have calories per eek burned if not how can I catch up

    Hi,

I would like to make a table where per date I must have burned 400. So I have one column composed of dates, another column composed of calories "must have burned" next to it , another column next to that calories actually burned. Assuming that caloric outtake goal will not be met on time (there's no deadline BTW). I want to have a cell with total number of calories behind, another cell with a box here I input the days in which I want to catch up, including the 400 of today's date and then an output box that will tell me how many calories I need to burn in order to catch up with calories behind.

    Thanks for any help!excelquest.jpg

From your description I think this is what you're after. Let me know if you were looking for something else.Example.xlsx
