Need help with Formula on how to limit character length limit in a column in excel. I would like to limit the column to 32 characters

You can apply data validation with "text length" and set it to less than 32 to prevent a user inputting more than 32 characters

Or if you have an existing column of data then =left(A1,32) would give you the first 32 characters of A1, then copy down as neccessary.
