Time in Time format and text foramt - Finding the Hours difference

Attached File name : time and text.xlsx

I have 4 questions

1) To find the difference between the From time in Text format and To time in Time Format, In Both times AM and PM anyone will come.
2) To find the difference between the From Time in Time Format and To time in Text Format, In Both times AM and PM anyone will come.
3) To find the difference between the From Time in Text Format and To time in Time / Text Format, In Both times AM and PM anyone will come.
4) To find the difference between the From Time in Time Format and To time in Time / Text Format, In Both times AM and PM anyone will come.
