Just joined so hello to everyone on the forum. Can any one help with my formula problem. Trying to count the number of text instances in a column. Excel does not say formula invalid but it doesn't work. Got to be an easy one for you guys. Here's the function: =COUNTIF(B2:B370,NOT="UK"). JPG of spreadsheet attached. J5 and J6 are the problem cells.
