Vlookup True not working - need partial string match and returned values

hi there - happy to attach workbook if needed but i have a column of values that needs a partial match to a second column, if there is a match, to then subsequently return the value of the third column. Example below - i am solving for "Term Color ID", the "Color Name and Color ID" columns are the list that i'm pulling from.

So if there is a partial match for Term Name in the Color name column, than i'd like to return the color ID.
I used a vlookup true and it didn't pull in correct values - i know it has t be in ordered format, which it is by color name, but if that's the case do i need to just sort by color ID instead?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!

To upload a file click on Go Advanced on the bottom of your screen, then click on paperclip icon and Add
