Select Multiple Items in a List and then Print Those Items

Hello,

I am wanting to create a list where I can select multiple items within that list and then print only those selected items.
I have created something similar thru data validation, but I can't get it to print.

In addition, I would like to be able to subdivide the list into multiple categories, then select items from these multiple categories and print them.

Is there a way to do this?
Thanks much,
Nancy

Have you tried using filters?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

Re: Select Multiple Items in a List and then Print Those Items

I have not tried filters.
I have lists A,B,C,D with multiple items in each. I'd like to select multiple items from more than one list and then print them all together.

Would using filters be easier than data validation?
Thanks
