Error box Data Validation When Deleting/pasting

Is it possible to add an error box in Data Validation when a Cell is being edited? I managed to do so but it wont pop up when im deleting the value or copy paste, it wont show up, It just shows up when I type in a cell and change it. Is this also possible ? In the attached file I applied to this all the columns (A:M) but I can still delete it or copy paste it. How do I make this error box? Thanks.

I know its possible but then I need to make it a read only document, I just want an errorbox when someone deletes a cell or pastes it
