problem multiplying minutes and seconds

I need to calculate accrued vacation. For each hour worked an employee accrues 1 minute and 13 seconds of vacation. If an employee has worked 921 hours, how do I multiply 921 times 1:13 with the result in hours and minutes?

Perhaps =A1*"00:01:13" and format as [h]:mm ? where A1 contains the hours worked?
