Compare two excel sheets with almost identical data and come out with matched

There are two excel sheets with almost similar data. Sheet 1 And Sheet 2. I need to compare both the sheets and come out with the close matched data. sheet 2 is main sheet. which one is very closed making with sheet 2 rather than sheet 1.

I have manually highlighted in yellow ink the matching item. any help will be appropriate.

if answer get in sheet 3 it would be perfect.

for example, this formula in sheet 3 will return the value in cell A1 in sheet 1 if it is identical to the value in cell A1 in sheet 2:
