Statistics Report

Hello,

I am trying to create a spreadsheet where I can get the capability percentages of members based on the courses in Disaster Management they have done. However I need it to take into consideration that they are also trained in other areas which means the probability of that functions capability would be lower.
For example a member may be trained in both House Repair operations and Chainsaw Operations but they wouldnt be able to do both at the same time and I need to capture this in the statistics

Hi bebo,

As you can see below it has 6 members trained in Chainsaw and 2 in house repairs and the corresponding percentage of capabilty but the 2 in House repairs are also 2 of the members trained in chainsaw so the 55% capability in chainsaw is incorrect because both those members would be required to do the house repairs over cutting trees in driveways.
