Copy down hypertext cell range pattern & cell reference formula pattern

New to the forum but excited to try it out.

I'm creating a purchase order log (see attached) with 2 tabs. 1 being a reference list and the other a rolling list of formatted purchase orders. I'm looking to format the purchase order numbers on the reference list so that I can click on them and have it take me to that particular range of cells on the other tab (hyperlink?). So if I click on # 3063 on the list it takes me to range of cells that is PO 3063 on the 2nd tab of actual PO's.

In addition there is corresponding data that I would like to populate the tracking sheet with that comes from the individual PO's on the other tab. This data repeats in cells, not in numerical order but in a pattern i.e. A1, A39, A77, A115 etc.

I can write the formulas and configure the hypertexts to work 1 by 1 but can't figure out how to drag it down to repeat it 500x.

So how do I pull down a non-consectutive cell reference pattern?

How do I pull down the non-consecutive hypertext pattern?

Please help.
