If you don't mind some manual tasks, try:
Assume your names in column A
1. Split column A to 5 columns delimit by comma (use Text-to-Columns function in the Data menu), and you'll have A. Minchinton in A1, I. Kirby in B1 and J. Chan in C1
2. Use this formula in F1 and copy till J1
3. Use this formula in K1 and you shall see Chan, J., Kirby, I., Minchinton, A.
