Multisheet H an V lookups with verification and across Worksheets

How can I explain this?

Its been a while since I have logged in and come back to excel and I have got a problem

Work book 1 has a summary grid that looks up Summary totals on the other workbooksSUmmary.JPGWE1.JPGWE2.JPG

I have a formulae using indirect that allows it to look at the sheet name on the left and a specific cell value on that sheet but i need to verify if the job in the summary sheet and the job in the worksheet are the same (there may be up to 200 jobs on the summary sheet but only say 10 on each worksheet (WE1,WE??) "=IFERROR(INDIRECT($A3&"! B9"),"")"
But I also need to make the B9 Relative so as I copy it along the summary sheet the B9 changes to B10,11,12 etc.

Maybe a hlookup across a range over the whole workbook? for the Summary "job"Columns?
