Return value of interval number

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want, but I expect one of Excel's lookup (like the vlookup() function http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...011.aspx?CTT=1) functions should be able to do what you want. Perhaps =vlookup(D19,$D$6:$F$15,3,true)
