    Move and sort with one column but insert extra columns as needed for proper sort

    I'm pretty sure my file is understandable of what I'm trying to do.


    Using DataEntry sheet for data.
    Trying to rearrange the data to DataFormatedProperly sheet.
    So far all I can accomplish is DataFormatedWrong sheet.

    Help please.

    Edit: Not sure what happened but file was NOT understandable before. It should be correct now. Sorry.

    I'm guessing this will have to be done with a macro and is outside the realm of formula ability.

    Yay, I've gotten further.

    If I use =INDIRECT("Sheet1!B" & (ROWS(sheet1!B$3:B5)*3)-7) instead of =INDEX, excel allows me to insert a row inbetween all the formulas.
