Index, Match? Pull price info from second sheet dependent on two cell values - confused.

Hi everyone, I have been trying to solve this one but having no joy with index or match. Have used the functions before with success but can't seem to get it to work over multiple sheets.

I have attached an example of the spread sheet. Basically I have a cell in which I can select supplier, A ,B or C. On my complete sheet the code cell is populated from another cell on the same sheet. I want to use those two cells to determine the price pulled from sheet 2.

E.g. Supplier A - Code JKL would return 5 in cell G9

I hope the above makes sense, any help or advice really appreciated.

Many thanks for your help, worked a treat.
I had a similar formula but could not get it to work, now will have to compare and figure out why so I can understand where I went wrong.
