Move data from one sheet to another by criteria

Hi,

I have a sheet with details in about 10 columns and multiple rows. What I need to do is create a formula in "sheet 2" with the condition that if a certain value (let's say it's "tall") appears in a certain cell (let's say in J3) of "Sheet 1", then the entire row is cut and pasted in "sheet 2"

So,

"If(J3="tall", "move row<J1:J3> to $Sheet$2!A3") <---- um lookin for sumthing like this...possible?

It's not possible to cut and paste using formula, you'll need vba coding...
