Sumproduct of Positive Numbers Returns 0

My sum product returns zero if I put >0 condition,

I want to get sumproduct of total percentage based on the weight mentioned below.

This gives answer as 79% which is correct

I want to get 79% even if there is negative values in the sampled weights. What am I doing wrong

Try

=SUMPRODUCT(--(C4:N4>0),C4:N4,$C$2:$N$2)
