Why do I think this one is going to be fun? Cross checking two columns to spit out one col

Column A
(several rows of phrases)


Column B
(several rows of words and phrases, some of them are the exact same words that are in column A)

Column C
goal: check column A against column b. spit out the keywords & keyword phrases so there are no duplications

Example:

running
run
running shoes
runner


B
running
who cares about running
I love running
run

C
running
run
running shoes
I love running
who cares about running

(See, column C rendered only 1x the word "run" and only one time the word "running" but kept the rest.)

Why does this excite me? LOL. Can excel do something like this for me. Oh wait, a pivot table? No, not sure. Need help.
