    3 days prior to today minus weekends and holidays

    I'm working with this formula but I keep getting the dreaded #VALUE!. I need to validate whether the date in Column J is <= 3 days prior to today, minus holidays and weekends.

    =IF(NETWORKDAYS(J2<=TODAY()-300, J2<=TODAY()-3,Q1:Q12),"Y","N")

    Q1:Q12 is the range of my holidays which I have formatted as 1-Jan, 25-Dec, etc.

    Column J is formatted as 1/7/2014 7:26

    I set the networkdays as anywhere between 300days prior to today and 3 days prior to today.

    Can anyone help?

    Respectfully,

    Tim

    Maybe...
    =IF(J2<=WORKDAY(TODAY(),-3,Q1:Q12),"Y","N")

    Thanks Ace! I appreciate the quick response

    A good place for me to start but it doesn't include my holidays in Q1:Q12. I need it to ignore these days as well.

    Thanks,

    Tim
