    HLOOKUP function

I have a table with data organised with the top row being in whole numbers, but the actual hlookup number I use can be part of a number e.g. 10.25, when the number is not a whole number the formula returns a error. How can I in the formula get the formula to return the information in the table to the next whole number? In the instance of 10.25 I want it to find the data relating to 11.

    Re: HLOOKUP function

    Hi,

Perhaps take a look at the CEILING() or ROUNDUP() function.

    Re: HLOOKUP function

If you could post a workbook with an example or two of what you're trying to achieve, and your desired result(s) clearly outlined, then I'm sure we'll be able to help.
