IF function: Early/On Time/Late Time vs. set window of time

I have two columns of delivery window times (the early time and the late time). I also have the actual delivery time. I need a forth column that shows if the delivery was Late, On Time or Early. I can get the Late and Early to work with the following...=IF(J3>I3,"Late",IF(J3<H3,"Early")). But I can not seem to get the "On Time" formula correct. I then need to show what percentage of the deliveries for this particular week are Late/On Time/Early. The total number of deliveries could vary by week.

    Thanks for any help!!
