Find duplicate values for unique column

I have two columns of data, one is part_track_id and one is part_serial_number (this is a database export). Each part_serial_number should be tied to a unique part_track_id number. A part_serial_number may have coinciding rows in part_track_id (each time an activity occurs it writes another column to the database). I know there are some cases where more than one part_serial_number is tied to a part_track_id number, trying to determine a way in Excel to find those. Each part_serial_number value (not occurance) should have a matching part_track_id, I need to find the ones that don't (cases where more than one part_serial_number is tied to a part_track_id). I cannot seem to determine a way to write this code in Excel. Any help is much appreciated!

Make sure your data has headers, then select the columns and go to Insert -> Pivot Table.

This will show the # of track IDs per Serial instantly.

That works awesome, thank you! My issues with finding the data is I have about 220,000 rows total. There doesn't seem to be a way to sort the output, each part_track_id shows the part_serial_number related to it however doesn't display a total number or sortable field. I have Excel 2003 on this dinosaur....
