Extract Min function and highlight cell from source

Hi, I have a spreadsheet wherein i extract the minimum value per item. The Suppliers are colour coded, and I would like the result to highlight the cell with relevant customer colour code as well. Attached is an example of what I mean. I merely used cell background colour in this instance, but I am sure it requires perhaps conditional formatting. Also have used a straight forward Min function. Hope someone can assist me. Many thanks in advance.

    you can use conditional formatting
and select the same colour in the format as the suppliers

then you can use a formula

    =K1=C1
    format that colour

    then
    =K1=E1
    =K1=G1
    =K1=I1

    and apply to the column

Please see attached file. There are formulas in Column L which you can hide.

You can review rules for Conditional Formatting by going to CF and select Manage rules.

    Hi there,

This has been solved. This is in fact a macro "getmincolour". Many thanks for your input.
