Question SSN format looks like 000-00-000. Click on the cell it's 00000. SSN format needs to stay

    Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use my VLookup formula for SSN. I found that although the two columns have the same numbers, one column when you click on the cell has the dashes, while the other column has only the numbers. Both columns are formatted correctly. I need the column to stay in the format with the dashes. Can anyone please help?

    Thank you in advance.
