How to create a dynamic dropdown based on multiple lookup conditions

I need some help with creating a dynamic drop down. I'm stumped as to how this can be achieved. Thank you for your help in this!

I have two worksheets. The first worksheet contains the names and their Available Times and Days.

On another sheet, I have a course name and the time and date of the course. I want to be able to select an engineer to attend the course based on the conditions that the engineer is available on the said day and time.

Re: How to create a dynamic dropdown based on multiple lookup conditions

Hi Hemesh, Thanks for the help on this one. I wanted to add one more condition that needs to be checked where the person should not be on leave on the said date of the training. I'm thinking another sheet which lists the leave dates of the person. Is this doable? I'll post a revised file by tomorrow. Thank you again for your help.

I think I broke the formula. I tried to expand it to also try to incorporate leave dates but I broke it. Please can you fix it? Thanks a ton!

Re: How to create a dynamic dropdown based on multiple lookup conditions

Yeah there are around 5 courses per month and 10 schedules per course. 15 people need to be able to attend at least 3 courses each month. Scheduling is a pain, it currently takes around 1-2 hours scheduling manually with lots of errors and conflicts... thanks for the help hemesh

    Hello Q

Find attached ! You need to use a helper sheet to manage dropdowns ! Formulas marked in yellow are array formulas you need to hold control and shift together and then hit enter and release all three keys for these formulas to work.!

Sheets with leave details will show not applicable if your en. is on leave for the day of training !

    Hope this helps!

for the adding, i also expanded the formula to go all the way up to row 50. thanks!
for the leaves, is there a way for people on leave not to show up on the drop down list of the course of the same date. It will be the 3rd condition.
