Conditional Formatting

Hello,
Range B4:B25 contains Quarters #1 - 4. Range C4:C25 contains revenue amounts in $. I want to highlight all quarters in which revenue has increased over at least the last two quarters. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I am adding a new rule and in the "Use a formula to determine..." formula field I have been entering =$C4>$C3>$C2 but that highlights all of the cells.

Thanks rmc, but this is actually for a class, so I have to apply the formatting using a conditional formatting formula, not a macro.
