INDIRECT not referencing named range which exists on another sheet

Im trying to create dependent drop down lists with data validation

On sheet 2 i have my named ranges

On sheet 1 i have 2 cells, A1 and B1, so that B1 should be a list dependent on A1

My named ranges are all set up correct and the lists work fine.

However on sheet 1 i am using the simple =indirect(A1) into cell B1 but its not working...

Keeps telling me, "The source currently evaluates to an error"

    Please help

Cannot attach file as its sensitive data
