    Formula to calculate money owed

    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone can help me,

    I am creating a membership style database and keep hitting a few walls.

    If anyone can help me with creating a formula for the below issues (or if you know of a good database template for this) that would be great!

    formula to show money owed;

    example

    Date Joined - 01/01/2010
    Membership Years - 4
    Annual Payment Fee - £25
    Paid to Date - £0
    Amount Owed - should be yearly fee x amount of unpaid years but is there a formula I can use for this?

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks

    Alyssia

    Hi

    The attached file has two solutions for you.

    The first is as you describe. The second is better.
