performing subtraction after finding values for item from two "unsorted tables" on a sheet

Excel-2010 comparing unsorted tables of stocks and performing subtraction operations for like st.PNG Excel-2010 sheet Comparing unsorted vectors for like entries (stock names) in two tables and performing a subtraction using the values three columns to the right in both tables when a match is made between tables.
I want to search for the contents of the cell name 4 columns directly to the right in the vector 4 cells to its right. Both vectors boundaries are defined by the first blank field above and below.
Then I want to subtract "%to T" the value three cells to the right of result cell by the value of the cell value three cells to the right of original (search for) cell

    Thanks
