How do I replicate "Alt+Enter" in a formula?

I have a file with a 3 tabs (Main tab, warehouse 1 and warehouse 2). In the main tab, I am combining the notes made for each warehouse just using a simple "&" which works fine. The one question I have, is I would like the notes for each warehouse to appear on a seperate line as if I had manually types in the data and used "Alt-Enter". Does anyone know how to put a line break into a formula?

This certainly isn't a big enough deal to get into using macros or anything so If I can't do it with a formula it isn't worth any extra effort. Thanks in advance for the help!

Also, I've tried adding a Char(10) and it didn't seem to work

Here is the formula as an FYI:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Char(10) is correct but you must format the cell to wrap text.
