if-index-match in an array

Hello!

I have this Table1 which has 8 columns.

I want to create another table that's filled with the data from Table1 if Table1[column8] is > $A$1

My current formula for Table2[column8] is

Which doesn't work (as you may have guessed).

Also, if it returns false, I wouldn't want my Table2 filled with "no", I'd just want the next positive occurence.

Any help?

Also, I'm sure this is a question that has been asked a million times already. Unfortunately I couldn't find an issue that's similar enough and that doesn't use VBA. (I'm not against VBA but I've never used it). So if you have a research tip aswell, I'll take it!
