comparing columns from 2 different sheets and highlighting any date differences

I have report that runs everyday to show open sales orders and commit dates of those orders. It exports out of our WMS into excel, we have several macros that run on it to remove the columns we don't need. If the sales order has any changes made to it during the business day our WMS assigns a new lead time of 7 days out from the date of the change. So if my commit date today is 2/17 and changes are made today the new date is now 2/25. However, even with those changes the original date to the customer is what we go by but when the report runs the new date is all we see. We need to be able to see when dates change from day to day without having to compare line by line of this report. I can't change how the WMS works so I need my excel sheet to compare columns A (sales order) and J (commit date) from today to yesterday's columns A and J and then either highlight or having a neon flashing sign on the date or the sales order line or something in today's sheet if they are different.
