Sum on Name and Date Range

Hi Everybody,

I'm trying to work out a formula to sum a value dependent on the Name of a Supplier and when it was delivered between 2 dates.

My attempts are in C24 D24 & E24. I can do one or the other but can't seem to combine them.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
