    In D10 Cell

    =SUMPRODUCT(1*COUNTIF(INDIRECT("'"&F1:F3&"'!N:N"),20))

    In D11 Cell

    =SUMPRODUCT(1*COUNTIF(INDIRECT("'"&F1:F3&"'!N:N"),50))

    Copy and Paste this formula in cell D10,
    =SUM(COUNTIF(FB!N1:N15,"=20"),COUNTIF(MR!N1:N15,"=20"),COUNTIF(ES!N1:N15,"=20"))
