Question Run range of data and rank options

Hi I use a pro-forma to show whether or not an investment is a good value. The main variables that affect the IRR of the pro-forma are: yield factor, total cost factor, and unit price. The pro-forma is the resulted calculation that takes these factors and produces a 44 cell by 35 cell annual spreadsheet and calculates the IRR based on the cash flow produced. I have been putting together a separate spreadsheet of states that have a variety of yield factors, total cost factors, and unit prices. I want to know if there is a way to run the entire range of factors through one proforma without adding 150 individual pro-formas manually.

I was reading about how to do this with the Data analysis add-in, but have a limited understanding of excel. Essentially, I have 50 states x 4 unit prices want to multiply that by 2 yield factors and tell me where my total cost factor needs to be to hit a 8% IRR or a 12% IRR; since the cost factor is variable but the yield factor and unit price data is something I cannot control.

    Thanks for the help!
