Format number when label and formula are in the same cell

I have the following in a cell:

Which when the result is other than "0" returns a number with anywhere from zero to eight decimal places. I want to show two decimal places, no more, no less, at all times. Formatting the cell to two decimal places has no effect.

Try the second part as :"Out of Balance "&text(Balances!F11-(VLOOKUP(TODAY()+365,A3:I1000,9)+SUMIF(F3:F1000,"",G3:G1000)-SUMIF(F3:F1000,"",H3:H1000,"0.00"))

Thanks, but no luck. I get a message i've "entered too many arguments for this function".

    Works for me too!

Thank you very much. Its a long complicated formula but I didn't want to give up on it.

    Thanks for the feedback.

BTW Be aware that you are using the TRUE (omitted) value as rangelookup for the VLOOKUP function. This means that the values in the first column of table_array must be placed in ascending sort order; otherwise, VLOOKUP might not return the correct value.
