Simple Stock Taking Excel sheet (need help on forumlas etc)

I've set up a rather simple looking (feel free to suggest or change anything)

As you can see its very simple! i Just want to add Column E a formula to say if certain number in Column D is met then the Cells in E will say yes or no.

Then in condtional formatting i want to highligh all rows when YES is met

p.s. any tinkering to make it visually better are welcome

Sounds easy enough, but you haven't explained what number(s) you want in each row to decide if column E shows Yes or No.

If you can provide that info it will take no time at all to put it together.

the number would be various as certain stock runs out quicker than others (if that makes any sense lol)

Could you tell me what those numbers are? If only for the items in the demonstration data?

I think this is what you mean.

Two methods.

1 - Adds an extra column to your original data where you record the re-order level of each item
2 - Similar to above, but the re-order levels are stored in a list on the second sheet and referenced in the formula with VLOOKUP

Both similar, both simple, both effective (if indeed this is what you mean!)

i have taken method 1 and hid the Column E row (hope you dont mind)

i will try and evolve this but cant really think of much more i need to add ?
