LOOKUP with Multiple Criteria (ARRAY INDEX and MATCH)

Dear members,

I would like to ask for help as I don't know how to get the data.
I am performing a check on the sales invoice to see if the selling price for a particular Product is align with our price list based on the price list effective date.

I have tried using an arrary formula on INDEX and MATCH but it doesn't work as our price effective date is from a specific date.

I know my fomula is wrong but I don't know how to do it, can someone share some light and help me one this please?

Column F is my attemped with wrong formula and Column G is the result that should return from the formula (See attached excel)
