Timesheet calculations with overtime and shift differential

Hey everyone, I've been trying to solve this for over a day, and I'm not having any luck. I need an employee timesheet that will calculate hours worked (done), separate hours for a job differential (done) and keep track of overtime (done) and track whether the overtime is shift differential (problem). Employees may shift from one job to another on different days, so I need to keep track of overtime and which shift it occurs. I've tried using MIN, MAX, IF, AND, and TIME formulas, none giving me what I'm looking for.

Any suggestions?
