    supplier payment term-formula

    Hi,
I am wondering if someone could help me? I am doing some project as student for company. What it is I have to create the spreadsheet with all suppliers and calculating how much the company receive from each of them during whole period of contract. For example the company has a deal 3 year contract payment plan is 93% of 75% ( i forget mentioned that we are broker and do not get 100% just 75 or 80% of the deal) this is only one example other example is if >15k £75 upfront on business written/ on live diff between 6/12 of comm less£75 / monthly in arreas thereafter. New: 75% duration, monthly in arrears thereafter. New:80% of 1 year (after 21/3/13). Do you have anybody idea how to create a formula for this?

    Re: supplier payment term-formula

    Hi Dear,

Thank you so much for your reply. So, please find Supplier Payment Terms by which I have to create my spreadsheet and next attachment it is my workbook attached. The think is that I have to take for consideration four factors such as date of contract go live, supplier contract lengths and supplier payment term and calculate how may money I will get from them through whole period (monthly or yearly, or whenever- see attachment with Supplier Payment Terms) All of this should be connected with commission for agent.
If you have any more questions please get back to me. Forgot mention that we are broker and we bought energy from column H (they take from us % of sale for example from deal worth 100%we get 80% or 75%- see Supplier Payment Term) however column H buy fuel from column E.

    Hi Dear,
Just to let you know that in column "I" the amount is already deducted from supplier so we can use it to our rest calculation
